Our story

Dear friends,

Taylor Tots was born from love—raw, vulnerable, defiant, grateful love.

I started this nonprofit as a love letter to my children and to every person who's ever faced a terrifying medical unknown with nothing but hope in their hearts. Our family’s journey through that uncertainty was traumatic. It stretched us, broke us, and, in some miraculous way, stitched us back together stronger than before.

My husband and I have three beautiful children. And each one of them has a story—stories marked by hospital walls, NICU alarms, the ache of separation, and the grace of healing.

We've celebrated holidays—including two Christmases—in hospital rooms, finding joy in the smallest, most sacred moments. We've held our breath, wiped away tears, and clung to hope with everything we had.

There were nights I wasn’t sure we’d make it home. We faced complications that required major surgery and forever changed the path of our family. We leaned heavily on faith and a village of support we’ll never forget. We are here today—together, joyful, whole—and won't ever take that for granted.

Through every step, we were carried by kindness. By nurses who became like family. By loved ones who showed up without being asked. By strangers who sent notes, meals, and prayers. Their love lifted us—and now, we hope to do the same for others.

Taylor Tots is how we pay that forward.

It’s for the families sitting in hospital waiting rooms with aching hearts. For the children who need something soft to hold. For the expectant mamas carrying both life and fear at the same time—waiting, praying, hoping for one more healthy day. For the healthcare heroes who show up, day after day, to fight for our loved ones. For every person in the middle of a storm, who just needs to know they’re not alone.

We exist to light up lives with love.

We do this through thoughtful donations, handmade gifts, and heartfelt acts of kindness. A cozy blanket. A musical toy. A pair of fuzzy socks. A handwritten note. These small offerings carry big meaning—they remind people they matter. That they’re seen. That there is still light, even in the darkest places.
